Working as an Administrative Employee at GXO Logistics - Tilburg II/III

As a Logistics Administrative Employee, you are responsible for the administrative handling and management of outbound flows. The correct and timely administrative support that you provide to the operation is an essential contribution to the success of our operations.

You report to the Team leader Business support but are in close contact with the Team leader and Shift leader of the Outbound department.  You will be working in a shift system where nights and weekends are part of the job.


Your responsibilities as an Administrative Employee will include:

  • Planning, coordination, and administration of the outbound flows
  • Entering, mutating, and retrieving data regarding the goods flows in the various administrative systems (WMS)
  • Handling questions and contacting the (on-site) customer
  • Administrative support for the preparation of various reports

  • MBO+ work and thinking level with accompanying logistics work experience or a logistics training
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • You are willing to work nights and weekends
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Command of the English language verbally and in writing
  • You are flexible, accurate, stress resistant and good at planning and organising
