Working as an Application Manager (Key User II) at GXO Logistics - Tilburg

As Application Manager (Key User II) you are responsible for the optimal and correct use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Are you looking for a new challenge in an international environment? The function

As an Application Manager (Key User II) you are the second-line support and you help end users to solve operational problems. These issues are managed by you in a ticket system. You are also responsible for testing new functionalities and managing documentation. You also answer WMS-related questions. You are partly responsible for managing the GXO Portal, this portal ensures the delivery of reports.


As Application Administrator (Key User II):

  • You are involved in testing fixes and testing new WMS functionalities
  • You are responsible for solving accenture tickets. This is crucial in communication with the customer
  • You are responsible for the EDI messages
  • You are responsible for analyzing issues, impact analysis, reporting and follow-up
  • You are responsible for monitoring the operational process
  • You are responsible for checking and maintaining the WMS
  • You work closely with Process Engineers


Your work is for the most part performed in our Warehouse Management System: Reflex. Experience with this WMS is not required. You will also work in Oracle SQL Developer and XML.

You perform your work in a day shift that includes consignment services. Depending on the size of the team, you run the consignment service every 6 weeks for a full week (7 days).

Must haves:

  • You have HBO work and thinking level, preferably with an IT-related background
  • You have at least two years of experience in a similar position, warehouse environment is an advantage
  • You have a good knowledge of WMS functionality and testing WMS applications
  • You have good oral and written command of the English language


Nice to have

As an Application Manager (Key User II), you know how to communicate at different levels in the organization. And you have a flexible attitude. In addition, it would be nice if you have experience with WMS, Oracle, SQL and XML.


Your work environment

In this partly mechanized distribution center e-commerce and retail activities will be carried out for a worldwide known clothing brand.
