QA & CI/CD Lead F/H

MISSIONS

Design, build and deliver CI/CD processes
Plan strategies to improve QA and testing flows
Inspect and audit QA practices


Main accountabilities include:

Software QA
Create test plans
Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
Using proprietary or open source solutions, design systems in order to automate testing
Integrate the WMS with external solutions in order to execute automated test scripts
Integrate company’s tool with CI/CD tools to provide reports and visibility on the testing
Building automated end-to-end test scripts in conjunction with internal and external customers
Research and analyze product features being tested
Research new tools, technologies, and testing processes


Documentation
Document solutions design and build
Create and maintain users guides for implemented tools and solutions


Coordination
Plan and follow the scripts automation following stakeholders needs
Coordination on failed tests scripts with the Dev Team for defects resolution


Reporting
- Weekly report outlining status, achievements and planning


PROFIL

Expérience
Mandatory experience in a similar role of at least 2 years
Desired experience as a software engineer in an AGILE team
Experience in contract logistics or supply chain environment is considered a significant advantage


Hard skills
Atlassian JIRA, X-Ray Test Management
Service Now
Maven / TestNG
Selenium
One of the following with at least 2 years or experience: Java ; C# ; C++
Solid knowledge of the CI/CD best practices
Software testing standards and best practices
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum ; Waterfall)

Must be a disciplined, self-starter and have the ability to execute on assignments autonomously.
- Attention to detail with superior written, verbal, and problem solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work with demanding users in a high-pressure environment
Balance priorities between internal and external customers
Excellent communication skills (clear/convincing/presentational)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English
Any additional European language considered an asset (e.g. French, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, Polish, German)
