HR Generalist Internship

•    Requests, verifies and sends the documentation for Aviation Security certification;
•    Supports in the management of employment relationship, from hiring to termination;
•    Supports in the contractual document filing;
•    Ensures SOX compliance on all processes within its competence;
•    Carries out its activities in compliance with workplace safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08) and safety procedures intended as protection of company assets.




•    Degree in Law or Economics, is a plus Master in Human Resources;
•    Excellent knowledge of the Office Package (in particular Excel and Power Point);
•    Interest in the Human Resources world and in management and contracting activities;
•    Good interpersonal and communication skills;
•    Good knowledge of the English language.

Important is the ability to reach the place of work autonomously within the scheduled hours. 
An insertion plan will be drawn up for the function ad hoc with respect to the role to be filled.
