HR TRAINING & SOCIAL

 


Responsibilities:

 

•    Identifies staff training and development needs, in collaboration with line managers and company needs;
•    In compliance with the Italian & European Headquarter guidelines, he/she initiates, organizes and undertakes training in the form of courses, workshops and seminars, with the support of external consultants;
•    Identifies and organizes training needs relating to safety at work (Legislative Decree 81/08) in collaboration with the Italian Headquarters and the HSE department;
•    In collaboration with HR Business Partners, he/she manages the process of evaluating the employees performance, identifying the Talents and their related development in collaboration with the managers;
•    Manages the business climate analysis process in collaboration with the head office HR team, interfacing with the managers and with the possible support of external consultants;
•    Manages the internal (organizational communications, newsletters, group initiatives, etc.) and external (Social network, event organization, etc.) communication process relating to the reference warehouse, in collaboration with the Italian & European Headquarter;
•    Contributes to the development of HR tools relating to the Training, Development and Internal Communication area in collaboration with the Italian & European Headquarter;
•    In collaboration with HR Business Partner, he/she manages and processes the reports relating to the Training and Development areas;
•    In collaboration with HR Business Partners and the Headquarter, he/she manages and controls the annual budget relating to the areas of Training, Development and Internal Communication;
•    Ensures SOX compliance on all processes within its competence;
•    Carries out its activities in compliance with workplace safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08) and safety procedures intended as protection of company assets.

 

Requirements:

 

•    Degree in Economics and preferable specialization in HR;
•    At least 2 years of experience in the role, also as HR Generalist, gained preferably in logistics sector;
•    Excellent knowledge of the Office Package and the main Social Networks;
•    Good knowledge of the English language;
•    Good knowledge of Legislative Decree 81/08;
•    Predisposition and interest in soft topics (Training, Development, Communication, etc.);
•    Good interpersonal and communication skills, analytical skills, precision, flexibility, problem solving, internal and external customer orientation, listening skills and stress management.
