IT Solution Delivery Project Manager

IT SOULTION DELIVERY PROJECT MANAGER

 


Responsabilies:

 

•    Supports methodology & standards deployment across development teams;
•    Responsible for Cost / Quality / Lead time on major IT projects for key accounts;
•    Orchestrates internal and external (customer) reporting & communication on IT project delivery;
•    Leads functional tests and propose solutions / ameliorations;
•    Coordinates different needs from different countries / divisions;
•    Responsible for the link between Operations and IT;
•    Project Management 
o    Support IT Solution Delivery Manager
o    Coordinate activities of functional & integration test phases
o    Accountable for project risk & issues tracking
•    Communication & Reporting
o    Responsible of the communication with customer and centralize information
o    Report project progress, risks mitigation & issues management to internal & external customers


Requirements:

 

•    Master’s degree in Information technology, Engineering or Management;
•    Minimum 2 years in a similar role in logistics or supply chain (intra or 3PL);
•    Minimum 1 year working in an international environment;
•    Project management methodologies (PrinceII or PMI certifications considered a plus);
•    Agile methodology (Kanban or Scrum);
•    Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma appreciated but not mandatory;
•    Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Teams;
•    It’s a plus the knowledge of Atlassian JIRA and Confluence, Functional knowledge of a major WMS and experience with SAP;
•    Fast-learner, problem-solver, ability to work in a complex matrix organization, comfortable with cultural diversity in an international organization, capable of establishing a positive rapport with colleague;
•    Present organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience; 
•    Excellent negotiation skills to deal effectively with individuals and groups within and outside the organization;
•    Provide timely and professional support to all internal/external customers and vendors;
•    Prioritize regular workload, special tasks and concurrent projects, allocating time and resources to ensure that work is completed accurately and efficiently within established time frame;
•    Fluent in English, native or fluent Italian, any additional European language considered an asset (e.g. French, Dutch, Spanish, Polish, German).
