Customer Service Transport

Working as a Customer Service Officer Transport at GXO Logistics - Welkenraedt

For the reinforcement of our site in Welkenraedt, we are looking for a Customer Service Officer (Transport).

As a Customer Service Officer you are responsible for our existing customer portfolio (Transport activities). You will ensure a prompt and efficient service according to our company policy.


What you do on a typical day:

  • maintaining a privileged relationship with the customer
  • providing correct and complete information to the customer, finding solutions to complaints
  • ensure the administrative follow-up of the customer
  • detect the customer's needs

You will be part of a young and dynamic team and report to our Transport Manager.


What you need to succeed at GXO  

  • Meticulous, rigorous, solution-oriented and organized are words that characterize you
  • You have an excellent knowledge (written and spoken) in English
  • Ideally, you have a good knowledge of German and/or Dutch
  • In addition, you are comfortable using IT tools (office suite)
  • You ideally have a higher education degree (commercial, transport & logistics orientation) or equivalent experience
  • Your entourage describes you as a pro-active person with a keen commercial sense.
  • Continuous improvement and customer satisfaction are among your priorities
