What are you going to do as a Customer Service Officer

As Customer Service Officer you are responsible for both the administrative processing and managing various internal flows. In addition, you play an important role in the success of the site since you are the link between our warehouse and our external B2B customer(s). You know what is going on at the customers side and at our location. You use this knowledge to lift the service to a higher level.

You will report to the Teamlead Customer Service and your team will consists out of several specialists in the field of Customer Support. You will work in a shifted day shift.

 

Other tasks:

  • Answering the customer with all possible questions
  • Outlining and coordinating internal and external issues
  • Support for the preparation of various reports for the customer
  • Thinking about internal process improvements

What makes you a great candidate

  • You have a MBO+ or HBO degree with 1 – 3 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Good knowledge of English, Dutch, French and German language
  • You are pro-active; representative; flexible; accurate and resistant to stress
