The principal purpose of the position is to provide overall End user computing level 2&3 operations & support to all XPO Supply Chain sites in Belgium, Netherlands and Germany (BeNeGe). You will work closely with peers in other locations & regions to establish and adopt best practices in line with XPO IT and business requirements. The position therefore requires trip to sites within the abovementioned countries may require ad-hoc travel within Europe.


Main accountabilities to include but not be limited to:

  • Support and Operates Sites and Field operations L3 tasks regarding End user computing scope
    • Works collaboratively directly with stakeholders throughout IT and the business, end users and VIPs, to achieve consistent support process performance
    • Determines and recommends continuous process improvements priorities to IT management and business leaders
    • Provides direction that ensures the process is efficient, effective, and compliant, and that results are measurable and sustainable
    • Contribute as a resource to the delivery of Enterprise global / EU projects


    • Experience with a major ITSM toolset (preferably ServiceNow)
    • At least 5 years’ experience in an acquisitive, fast paced glbal organisation;
    • Extensive experience wrking with remote teams delivering services across multi-site, regional and global environments
    • Experience presenting cncise, well thought-out proposals to Managers
    • Experience cntributing to significant change in an organization
    • End user computing, Infrastructure
    • Incident, service request and change management
    • VIP Support

  • Desktop Services
    • MS Windows 7/10 & office 2016
    • MS Office 365 (Office, Onente, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Skype, Visio, Project)
    • Basic Active directry AD expertise
    • Operatinal Landesk / SCCM expertise
    • Operatinal GPO/login scripts expertise
    • Internet Browsing expertise (browser settings, proxy, developer mode)
    • Citrix
  • Enterprise Mobile Management Services
    • Andrid & iOS
    • VmWare Airwatch & Intunes
  • Networks & Telephony
    • Understanding and supprt of components such as Internet, LAN, WLAN, WAN, WWAN; and appliances: Optimization, firewalls, proxies, load balancers
  • File, Print & scan services


Analytical Skills:

    • Identifies pportunities to increase accuracy and develops, recommends and implements solutions
    • Has a strng aptitude for understanding IT infrastructure and analysing large amounts of data from multiple sources
    • Develps insightful, value-added and actionable analyses with detailed explanations regarding drivers of those results


Communication Skills:

    • Fluent in English (written and spoken), Dutch is preferred
    • Presents rganized and thorough information and data appropriate for the intended audience
    • Excellent communication skills to deal effectively with individuals and groups within and outside the organisation
    • Ability to effectively adapt to new work structures, processes, or cultures.
