Recruitment Manager BeNeGe

As a Recruitment Manager you’ll be involved in driving recruiting effectiveness across Belgium, Netherlands and Germany. You’ll focus on providing a best in class recruitment service, building excellent relationships with business stakeholders and enabling success by attracting people from challenging marketplaces. Equally important, is an ability to optimise the success of our Recruitment organization,  by identifying barriers to their delivery and acting to remove them in collaboration with your business stakeholders.

 

Who you’ll be working with

You’ll work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition Europe and our wider Talent Acquisition Network , to continually define and implement best practice strategies. You’ll interface on a daily basis with various business stakeholders, senior Management as well as the HRBP network across the Region, aiming to continuously improve the service being delivered

 

What you’ll do

You’ll improve recruitment delivery into the business. This will involve capturing,  analysing and reporting on data to report trends, advising HR colleagues on recruitment best practice, driving collaborative behaviours across the business, working as a mentor to your recruitment team, advocating an inclusive approach to hiring, training recruiters and hiring managers on effective hiring techniques and much more. This is also a hands-on role, so you will be responsible for our senior executive recruitment projects, including sourcing senior candidates.

 

Additional  Responsibilities

  •  Develop creative sourcing strategies for BeNeGe, to build a consistent pipeline of strong talent
  • Regional Vendor Management, aligned to our overall objective to reduce both Agency dependency and spend
  •  Implement and drive a structured interview processes and educate your hiring managers and HR on interview best practices
  •  Support the global Employer Brand Strategy and implement local employer branding & social media initiatives in the Region
  • Together with your team, proactively build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market resourcing and on-going relationship management; conducting in-depth interviews of potential candidates and demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager needs in a fast-paced, growth environment

 

What you need to succeed at XPO: 

 

Recruitment thought leadership, with confirmed experience managing both senior and junior recruiters, as well as sourcers To ensure the right level of leadership, we expect you bring at least 6 years experience in end-to-end recruitment process management,  both with targeted searches and volume recruitment . We also assume that you have a background in in-house recruitment or agency recruitment…with a preference for both

 

As this role will be working closely with senior management, including participating in business and operational management reviews, we expect you have excellent  verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.    

  • An understanding of in-house Recruitment (or RPO)  model of recruitment delivery, with exposure managing key stakeholders at all levels in the organization
  • A data focused approach with a sound understanding of key recruitment metrics & deliverables
  • Passion for Employer Branding & Employee Engagement,  with a sound understanding of Social Media and relevant branding tools
  • You’ll enjoy being resourceful, taking ownership of delivery and using your initiative to make strategic choices to improve the recruitment function
