As the Analyst, Employment Brand, you’ll play an important role in bringing to life what it’s like to work at GXO and the values that drive our company. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Employment Brand, you will partner with business units to create comprehensive, innovative, and immersive content to attract and engage the best talent. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Create and build compelling employee content stories to engage brand followers
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies for talent attraction
  • Manage ad campaigns for Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms
  • Maintain cross-functional internal partnerships with digital, communications and creative teams
  • Maintain a strong relationship with our marketing agency and lead creation and implementation of advertising campaigns to include billboard, radio and print media
  • Manage the design and creation of recruitment collateral
  • Assist in project management of employment brand initiatives
  • Identify partners and platforms to amplify and position XPO as a top employer

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 1-year of social media management or related experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Experience writing or editing copy for a large company or organization
  • Ability to develop compelling, attractive and creative brand content
  • Skilled at building and executing a social media marketing strategy
  • Familiarity with Diversity & Inclusion attraction strategies 
  • Strong attention to detail
