What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Manage HRIT Integration platform roadmap and strategy, including tool selection, development and support standards, planning and coordination with Infrastructure and Enterprise Architecture team
  • Design, develop, deploy and maintain integration processes between applications across cloud and/or on-premises using Dell Boomi Atmosphere platform, SAP Integration Center, SAP Cloud Platform, Talend Data Integration
  • Ensure integration solutions are delivered in a timely, cost-effective manner, with a high degree of quality, while meeting business expectations
  • Oversee integration development and manage priorities, including coordinating cross-area projects, assigning tasks, resolving issues/roadblocks and handling deployment/support activities
  • Lead the Integrations team, providing central oversight to consistency and compatibility of development across HR landscapes/projects
  • Manage and facilitate the work of self-directed project teams, including capacity and resource planning, project financial management and vendor management
  • Develop direct reports to increase the bench strength and flexibility of the team; handle all responsibilities for managing staff, including interviewing/hiring/terminating, conducting performance reviews, developing employees, coaching and teambuilding

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS or technical area, or any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • 7 years of experience in cross-functional IT Integrations solutions development and technical project management
  • 3 years of experience managing and/or leading self-directed teams of professionals
  • 3 years of Dell Boomi or similar iPaaS toolset experience
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, data model, SFAPI/ODATA API and Integration Center
  • Solid knowledge of IT system development life cycle, development methodologies and processes, architectural environments, security standards and technology tools

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Master’s degree in Business, MIS or technical area, or any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • Strong project management skills; demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to increase accuracy and optimize resources, and to develop, recommend and implement solutions
