Senior Analyst, Information Security Training and Awareness - GXO Logistics

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Develop content for training working with the Learning and Development Team
  • Plan and manage training rollout
  • Troubleshooting end-user issues
  • Manage training completion metrics / follow-up process for new hires
  • Enhance and manage our awareness program through Workplace and onsite technology capabilities
  • Hosting onsite security awareness sessions
  • Create and manage phishing campaigns and associated training for click-users

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 2 years’ Training or Marketing experience

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Demonstrated experience in creation and administration of a security training and awareness program
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Familiarity with SharePoint
  • Ability to lead an interactive training session and be able to relate to users
  • Marketing or PR knowledge
  • Experience in Executive communications
  • Familiarity with training / phishing platforms such as KnowB4, Cofense, ProofPoint etc.
  • Able to be self-motivated, research oriented and collaborative
