What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Design and develop reporting and dashboards within standard business intelligent tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc. 
  • Utilize standard data tools to analyze data and provide critical insight to support senior sales team members and make recommendations to senior management
  • Measure sales team effectiveness, analyze business trends and investigate opportunities for growth
  • Proactively collect, monitor, analyze and communicate targeted, relevant sales information and business/customer/competitor intelligence
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales strategies and initiatives; identify opportunities for sales process improvements and successfully implement new programs
  • Create, develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards and users
  • Build business cases in support of key organizational objectives
  • Participate in planning and enhancement sessions


What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or military experience
  • 2 years of business or sales analytics experience
  • Experience in change management, leading transformation and scaling for a global organization
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sophisticated CRM systems

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Data/Analytics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards using industry standard tools (i.e. Power Bi and Tableau)
  • Experience in the logistics and supply chain industry
  • Experience and working knowledge of Salesforce
