As the Senior Manager of HRIT Operations, you will be responsible for the operational health and oversight of interconnected components across the HR technology portfolio. You will work cross-functionally to ensure all non-production and production environments are maintained to support enterprise-level production, enhancements and strategic initiatives. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Lead the end-to-end environment, including strategies and plans to ensure refresh schedules and overall configuration, and optimize development paths to production
  • Manage XPO HR system landscapes and ensure all landscape documentation is complete and up to date
  • Define SuccessFactors, ECP and ADP environment strategy that supports concurrent configuration, integration and testing activities
  • Handle all applicable pre- and post-environment refresh activities, including data masking/obfuscation; understand the complex, multi-instance technical landscape, all interconnectivity (integration, replication, API, etc.)
  • Oversee environment usage and platform performance, and identify risks and possible issues; raise concerns quickly and openly, and work to minimize or mitigate risks
  • Perform technical data design, mapping and strategy for critical systems (SuccessFactors, ECP, ADP, etc.); partner closely with HR technology, HR reporting team and Business Intelligence on projects, and consult on appropriate data sources for retrieval, assimilation and/or integration of data to and from enterprise solutions
  • Establish and maintain an effective reporting process that is accurate, timely and measures progress against key business objectives; participate in the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning, testing and maintenance process
  • Develop and monitor vendor relationships, ensuring they are aligned and sustained via the IT operating model
  • Build, develop and motivate a high performing team by setting challenging performance goals, coaching and mentoring; develop objectives and goals for assigned areas of responsibility

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area
  • 10 years of experience, including 3 years in management; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 years of experience in the technical management and support of HCM solutions

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Project management experience
  • Experience handling IT outsourcing, cloud-based service providers and integration middleware
