As the Senior QA Analyst in the HRIT department, you will be responsible for performing quality assurance checks on new projects, production incidents and periodic regression testing, as well as coordinating and assisting in user acceptance testing performed by end users. You will use your knowledge of functional requirements to create test strategies, plans and scripts, stage data and participate in the execution of testing. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Create test plans and lead test execution and defect management across the various functional streams
  • Participate in reviewing project deliverables, including requirement specifications, functional design documents and technical design documents
  • Handle all aspects of quality assurance, including establishing metrics, applying industry standard methodologies and developing new dashboards and processes to meet quality goals
  • Act as the key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally
  • Define testing standards and strategies
  • Provide periodic test execution reports to project partners
  • Maintain test evidences and other test artifacts for audit compliance

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • 5 years of experience as a QA analyst in HR, payroll and benefits area
  • 3 years of experience in testing core HR and integrations implemented using SuccessFactors, payroll projects implemented using SAP PY, SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or ADP Payroll
  • Good understanding of the SDLC

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Certification in quality assurance
  • 3 years of experience in testing payroll projects implemented using SAP PY SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or ADP Payroll
  • Experience testing core HR and integrations implemented using SuccessFactors
  • HR, payroll and benefits experience
  • Jira and SAP SuccessFactors modules and Integrations experience
  • Experience with implementing global HR, payroll and time and attendance initiatives
  • Automation development experience
