What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Communicate with customers and internal associates utilizing technology and problem-solving skills
  • Maintain customer master data
  • Provide support to customers through courteous and professional customer service
  • Seek out opportunities to improve current processes
  • Maintain and generate required reports

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of customer service experience

It'd be great if you also have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years of audit, accounts payable, accounts receivable, load planning or transportation and logistics-related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
