What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Research, prioritize and follow through on projects/issues
  • Provide management support for personnel record-keeping, training and onboarding duties
  • Prioritize conflicting needs; handle private and sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality
  • Manage special projects for the leadership team
  • Act as a liaison and point person with external contractors
  • Monitor and keep track of all HP/Mac/Chromebook equipment and other departmental assets; assist with purchasing as needed

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience

It’d be great if you also have:

  • 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • A highly organized and detail-oriented work style, with a proactive and professional attitude
  • The willingness to function effectively as a member of a team while promoting a positive and collaborative work environment
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision, maintain confidentiality when appropriate, produce accurate output and meet deadlines

This job requires the ability to:

  • Lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Discern color and possess field vision
