What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Design and produce creative assets for web, print, digital presentations, social media and online advertising
  • Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for print and web media
  • Create, design and develop media assets to support interactive campaigns and projects, including sell sheets, marketing and internal communications materials, events, presentations, signage, guidelines, etc.
  • Collaborate across various business units to ensure designs are innovative and optimized, yet aligned with business standards
  • Ensure on-brand continuity in visual messaging across all print and digital channels

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Web Development or a related field
  • Relevant internships or professional experience in digital design, graphic arts and production in a corporate, agency or retail setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Suite or similar

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Strong eye for typography and color
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills with the initiative to identify and resolve problems independently
  • Self-motivated work style; able to work well with minimal direct supervision
  • High EQ and flexible communication style; ability to effectively work with teams across the organization
  • Innate curiosity to find opportunities to improve processes and optimize resources
