As the Executive Assistant to the CFO and Senior Finance Team, you will provide concierge-level support to key business leaders. You’ll also partner with other professionals across the enterprise to achieve strategic and business targets. In this important role, you’ll support the Chief Financial Officer as well as the senior leaders of the Accounting, Treasury and Financial Planning and Analysis teams. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Manage the offices of the C-suite executives of a global function
  • Maintain accurate calendars with an understanding of prioritizing important deliverables
  • Participate in highly confidential meetings and provide accurate transcription and documentation
  • Draft high-level presentations, communications and documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Plan and arrange domestic and international travel itineraries and accommodations
  • Collaborate with other team members to organize corporate events
  • Lead various engagement activities for the corporate organization

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Typing speed of at least 70+ wpm; as typing is a critical skill for this position, we encourage you to review and practice your typing skills throughout your application process here:

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality surrounding company materials and information
