What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Manage and update the calendar for a team of executives
  • Work on sensitive compliance and legal projects with attorneys, paralegals and other professionals; support the process for engaging outside counsel and other legal service providers
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging technical support, catering, materials and other logistics
  • Transcribe, draft and review meeting notes, ensuring accurate documentation of all relevant information
  • Review and edit legal documents for content and grammar; create high-level presentations, communications and documents
  • Plan and arrange domestic and international travel itineraries; manage expense reports

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
  • Typing speed of at least 70 wpm (typing test will be required to verify)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

It'd be great if you also have:

  • 2 years of experience in a legal administrative or legal assistant role
  • Strong attention to detail, meticulous grammar and tons of creativity
  • Ability to maintain confidential materials and information
  • Solid ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • A "no job is too big or too small" attitude
