You will be involved in executing customer onboarding projects and enabling solution configuration in the Global Transportation Management System (TMS) product (OTM) for new and converting clients. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Identify and implement improvements to existing operational systems
  • Ensure all information required for analysis is accurately captured
  • Develop value-added approaches to TMS project challenges by employing analysis, innovation and experience 
  • Interface with client and business teams to fully and accurately define requirements and solutions approach 
  • Configure solutions in TMS based on defined business requirements
  • Build and improve strategic relationships with client senior management

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain, Operations, Management Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2 or more years of cross-functional business management experience, including business analysis, applications development, logistics and/or supply chain solutions
  • 5 years of hands-on OTM implementation experience
  • Proven ability to work in a performance-driven culture with experience balancing multiple projects against deadlines

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Availability to travel up to 60% of the time
  • 5 years of hands-on OTM implementation experience (functional and technical combination)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead, mentor and inspire a team of professionals
