What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Identify opportunities to grow the business through new products and strategic initiatives
  • Quantify the business impact of new opportunities and ensure sufficient ROI from related investments 
  • Serve as a bridge between Product/Engineering, Business, and Marketing teams in the prioritization and rollout of new products
  • Design and implement operational processes needed to support new initiatives; conduct market and customer segmentation to aid in the development and delivery of new offerings
  • Develop and deliver key insights around the company’s market position, customer relationships, product adoption, etc.
  • Implement and manage A/B tests to drive continued improvement across existing products and features   
  • Provide technical data analyses and reporting directly from systems and databases to aid feature adoption and provide better business awareness of performance

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • 3 years of professional experience in finance, consulting, or as an analyst within a technology company 
  • Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Experience with SQL
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to perform complex analyses of data, processes, policies, procedures, and/or systems; able to translate data into clear, concise business insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized, and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
  • Ability to utilize a variety of interpersonal styles and communication methods to effectively adapt to new work structures, processes, or cultures
