As the Analyst, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), you will troubleshoot problems, implement solutions, and monitor the effectiveness of the systems that keep our operations running smoothly. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Support remote users via phone with business applications support requests 
  • Provide one-on-one and one-to-many user training on common issues 
  • Create documentation for end-users and internal support teams 
  • Collaborate with internal training team on content in applications curriculum 
  • Collaborate with internal QA team for testing system upgrades and enhancements 

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 1 year of experience in technical application support, including but not limited to TMS specific platforms
  • Knowledge of industry business processes and support requirements 

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Can prioritize to ensure the highest levels of support to our business community 
  • Can communicate effectively and translate IT speak to what end users can understand 
  • Ability to quickly adapt and learn new applications 
  • Experience in a startup environment 
  • Experience supporting multiple branch offices
