As the Senior Specialist, Logistics, you will be responsible for handling any and all customer service issues with a focus on managing, tracking and tracing time sensitive orders. On our team, you’ll have the support to excel at work, and the resources to build a career you can be proud of.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Work directly with customers on quoting shipments, tracking freight, entering shipment and problem solving
  • Work with current vendors on quoting, booking and tracking shipments
  • Update revenue and expenses on shipments that are quoted to customer
  • Bill clients once shipment has been completed and all costs have been entered

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • 2 years’ experience in the logistics and transportation industry

It’d be great if you also have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years’ experience in Freight Forwarding or similar industry
  • Experience identifying and resolving problems
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to increase accuracy and optimize resources
  • Experience understanding and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources
