As the Supervisor, Customer Accounts, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of Specialists and Senior Specialist. We want to leverage your skills and years of experience to drive positive results while ensuring a bright future for yourself and XPO.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Manage team performance in ticketing system (First Response and Resolution SLA, Survey Satisfaction Rate)
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders to drive performance and process improvement
  • Guide customer SOP training and update training documentation
  • Manage client relationships
  • Lead performance and KPI reviews with customers
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues related to contractual metrics and obligations
  • Goal-driven approach
  • Revenue increase and cost management
  • Complex data management and reporting using MS Office applications
  • Key ownership of assigned tasks
  • Provide cross-training and coaching to direct reports
  • Staffing, Interviewing, Timecards management
  • Employee performance reviews and feedback
  • Completes any other tasks deemed necessary by Management

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • Three years of relevant client support experience with increasing responsibilities
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Windows applications and Microsoft Office

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Transportation/Business
  • Account Management experience
  • Transportation/Logistics experience
  • Demonstrated ability to create complex formulas, charts and pivots in MS Excel and SharePoint
