XPO Field Management Training (FMT) Program:

Are you someone who always strives to go above and beyond, thrives in a fast-paced setting and excels at delivering results? Then XPO is the place for you. In this high-intensity environment, you’ll focus on developing your leadership, communication, strategic thinking and operational skills, while building relationships across the business. Upon successful completion of the 20-week development program, you will receive a pay increase and relocate to take on a Freight Operations Supervisor position in one of our Service Centers. From there, you’ll have the opportunity to continue to work hard, learn, and grow your career even further.

The most important thing I learned during the FMT program is how the decisions I made impacted all other shifts at my facility or another location. The extended training period of the FMT program allowed me to gain exposure to all shifts, including administrative functions.
