It all begins at XPO – with our Field Management Training program.

XPO Field Management Training (FMT) Program:

You’ll focus on developing your leadership, communication, strategic thinking and operational skills, while building relationships across the business. Upon successful completion of the 14-week development program, you will receive a pay increase and relocate to take on a Freight Operations Supervisor position in one of our Service Centers. From there, you’ll have the opportunity to continue to work hard, learn, and grow your career even further.

The FMT program laid the foundation for my career in operations management. There are principles and key leadership techniques that I learned as an FMT over ten years ago that I still use in my management style to this day!
