What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly commercial performance reports, including revenue, margin, volume, pricing, and customer profitability analysis.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasting and budgeting cycles, including pipeline analysis, pricing assumptions, and variance analysis versus plan.
  • Analyze sales trends, pricing performance, mix changes, and volume drivers to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales and Operations leaders to validate forecasts, evaluate opportunities, and assess commercial strategies.
  • Conduct scenario modeling to evaluate the financial impact of commercial initiatives, customer expansions, pricing changes, and market shifts.
  • Identify customer and product profitability trends and recommend actions to improve financial performance.
  • Develop and enhance dashboards, revenue models, and reporting tools to improve visibility and forecasting accuracy.
  • Support strategic planning processes by providing data-driven insights into market growth, commercial performance, and competitive positioning.
  • Drive continuous improvement in commercial reporting, data quality, and forecasting methodologies.
