Specialist, Pricing (Part-Time) - Hybrid

What you’ll need to succeed as a Pricing Specialist at XPO

Minimum qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in transportation/customer service/operations

Preferred qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent work or military experience 
• 2 to 3 years of experience in transportation/customer service/operations

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Review incoming pricing requests for completeness and ensure all required documents are included.
• Validate inputs against source systems and flag missing or mismatched information for review.
• Maintain trackers and logs to record pricing requests and their status.
• Run pre-defined reports from BI tools (no custom queries required).
• Prepare organized files and summaries to support pricing team members.
• Perform quality checks using standard templates and checklists.
• Document steps taken on each request to support consistency and audit readiness.
• Manage a queue of assigned tasks and escalate issues to senior team members as needed.
• Support team projects by gathering data or preparing materials under guidance.
