As the Executive Deskside Support Technician, you will provide comprehensive technical support, including tracking, troubleshooting, and resolving all end-user computer issues. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Deliver elite support to onsite and remote executives in a courteous and professional manner
  • Develop solid relationships, demonstrate the ability to inspire trust, and maintain confidentiality to best understand and support executive-level needs
  • Provide recommendations regarding new technologies to better support the company
  • Independently resolve complex, break/fix issues in person or via telephone

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 2 years of experience supporting a corporate, networked computer environment
  • Proficiency with PC, MAC, mobile devices, LAN/WAN, printers, communication devices and other peripherals
  • Advanced knowledge, support and troubleshooting of AV, presentation and teleconferencing equipment

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
  • MCP, MSCE or A+ certifications
  • 10 years of experience supporting a corporate networked computer environment, including: installing, troubleshooting and supporting corporate AV equipment; providing executive/VIP support; building, deploying and troubleshooting desktop computers
  • Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, O365 and Telephony equipment support experience
  • Ability to quickly learn and achieve proficiency in new software applications
