As a Senior Analyst, Financial Analysis, you will support the continued financial health of the organization by providing critical analyses to identify and push our high growth business. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Perform thorough analyses of financial statements
  • Connect and network with regional and branch executives across North America to implement and track North Star initiatives
  • Identify, measure, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with stack ranking of top and bottom performing locations
  • Make recommendations to high level executives on regional and branch inefficiencies
  • Work with Directors and VPs to establish goals and roadmaps to achieve them
  • Deliver monthly forecasts

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 2 years of experience in audit, accounting or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including financial analysis in a large corporate environment 
  • Ability to network and establish meaningful connections
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint); advanced Excel skills
  • Availability to travel up to 30% of the time

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance/Accounting or Business Administration
  • 5 years of experience in audit, accounting or FP&A, including financial analysis in a large corporate environment
