Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 5+ years of experience in talent development, learning, or organizational development
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building, leading and developing a high-performing talent development team, supporting a complex and diversified business
- Practical approach to partnering with business leaders and deliver scalable learning solutions that enable talent pipelining, capability building and succession planning
- Demonstrated track record of introducing and driving leadership development programs leading to tangible and measurable results

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Manage all leadership and professional development program roadmaps, timelines, communications, and stakeholder engagement to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Partner with Manager, L&TD on the design and development of curriculum for emerging, front line, mid-level, and senior leader development programs, and functional academies for HR, Finance, Tech, and Sales
- Track participation, outcomes, and feedback to inform program improvements
- Facilitate learning experiences, workshops, and executive sessions for key talent populations
- Oversee external vendors and platforms to ensure alignment with program goals and standards
- Serve as a thought partner in shaping enterprise talent strategies, contributing to frameworks for succession planning, performance development, and internal mobility
- Continuously benchmark and integrate best practices in leadership and talent development #LI-Hybrid
