Optimise operations: Oversee all aspects of vehicle acquisition, maintenance, and disposal to ensure safety, compliance, and performance.
-
Deliver commercial excellence: Manage the fleet budget, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising safety or service.
-
Manage partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, leasing providers, maintenance suppliers, and technology partners.
-
Leverage technology: Utilise telematics and fleet systems to analyse data, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
-
Lead your team: Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing fleet management team that delivers excellence every day.
What you’ll bring

Proven experience in a senior fleet management role within logistics, transport, or a related sector.
-
Strong knowledge of UK transport legislation, compliance, and safety standards.

A passion for innovation and sustainability in fleet operations.
