We are looking for a Payroll Administrator for our Arla (Dairy) contract based in Hatfield. As a full time member of the team you’ll be working a 5 from 7 shift pattern, supporting site administration and payroll functions – inputting data into spreadsheets and updating trackers.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £28,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Processing and submission of weekly and monthly payroll and all associated administration, ensuring all information is accurate and processed in line with the required deadlines
  • Management of general administration within the HR department i.e. maintaining HR records, updating HR trackers etc
  • Managing daily absence process; amending T&A accordingly, liaising with operations

 

What you need to succeed at XPO:

 

  • Past administration experience, ideally in a people focused role
  • Excellent communicator, as you will be working with stakeholders at different levels
  • Good IT knowledge and confident using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and other systems/databases
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability prioritise workload effectively
