We are currently recruiting Shunters to join our team in Kirkby Thore, working on our contract with British Gypsum.  You will: be working Monday to Friday on a night shift 18:30-06:00, with a guarantee of 48 hours per week. We are offering £15.29 per hour, £22.94 per hour Saturday and £30.58 per hour Sunday.  You’ll also have access to a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and ongoing training including annual CPC and many other perks.
 

What you’ll do on a typical day:
 

• You’ll be performing trailer movements in our busy regional yard
• You will be driving a Tug on-site so previous experience would be an advantage
• All work is yard based, no road work is expected
• Shunting or HGV experience preferred but not essential

What you need to succeed at XPO:​​​​​​​

• No more than 6 points on your licence
• No DD, DR or IN endorsements showing on your licence
• Minimum Cat B licence
