XPO Logistics Europe is looking for an apprentice to support our Sales Support and Sales Excellence activities. 

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY TASKS

Sales Support Apprentice responsibilities include:

Daily Sales support to Strategic Account Managers (SAM)

• Manage “Customer profile section” for Account Plans
• Support Customer meetings / Business Reviews’ preparation
• Prepare analysis and reports (revenue, performance, …) for customer meetings

Pan-European Tenders

• Provide support or design customer presentations for pan-European tenders, in strong collaboration with Strategic Account Managers, Central and local Solution Design teams

Sales Library & Sales collaterals

• Maintain the ever-evolving European Sales Library (cleaning, updating of existing collaterals, uploading of new collaterals…)
• Actively support our service in creating new collaterals on defined topics or in updating existing collaterals (business cases, sales presentations etc.)

Market Intelligence

• Act as a key player in delivering a monthly Market Insight report
• Provide steady support on market research and punctual analysis on competitors, sectors, customers, tools

Other

• Assist in quarterly sales webinars preparation
• Participate in the implementation of Sales initiatives

PROFILE

If you recognize yourself in these lines, no doubt, this post is for you:

You will be enrolled in a Master's degree in Apprenticeship – Marketing / Management / International Trade / Transport & Logistics and you have at least 1 successful experience in a marketing and sales support department. Finally, you are eligible for an apprenticeship or professionalization contract.

Hard skills

• Fluent in French
• Professional English level (frequent internal meetings and exchanges)
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Previous Marketing/Sales support experience strongly appreciated

Soft skills

• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Excellent communication skills (especially with salespeople)
• Customer-oriented approach
• Agility and ability to quickly adapt to a new environment
• Multi-tasking and very good organizational skills
• Autonomy and leadership

Would be a plus

• Logistics or Transport experience
• Power BI Expertise
• Salesforce knowledge
• Spanish language
