As part of this, the objective of the Sales Analyst is to build and monitor KPIs, conduct analysis to understand the impact of the levers driving the KPIs evolution and bring this added value to the managing teams across Europe.
Accordingly, main tasks for Sales Analyst will be:
- Compile European sales reportings, including understanding the business meaning of the key indicators and conduct deeper analysis to explain evolutions.
- Contribute to the production of key sales ops indicators
- Leverage PowerBI dashboards to publish relevant, accurate and up-to-date information across the XPO sales community and the managing leaders to support their decisions.
The role is part of the Sales Performance Team within the Europe Sales Operations department, it involves exchanges with Europe Sales Excellence team, and sales across the organisation.
Missions principales :
Prepare regular sales reporting presentations
- Produce and compile the sales indicators, control cleanliness, format their presentation
- Analyse the main takeaways and share them with the Europe Sales leadership
Contribute to the construction and publication of key sales performance indicators
- Produce and analyse main sales indicators (revenue realisation, performance scorecard, sales incentives…)
- Contribute to improve processes and methodology
- Participate in master data consistency
Conduct ad hoc analysis around Sales Performance topics
- Use the available data to highlight trends or narrow down on evolutions, forecasts, assess sales organisation improvement areas
- Summarize an actionable conclusion, that can be presented to the sales leadership
Manage PowerBI dashboards
- Own the data refresh processes, control the results accuracy
- Create or make edits to dashboards as required
