Talent Acquisition & Internal Development Manager

Why this role matters 

Lead the Talent Acquisition and People Development agenda for Southern Europe and Morocco, combining strategic talent initiatives with a solid HR generalist and analytical scope. The role drives attraction, development, compliance, and data-driven decision-making, ensuring alignment with business needs, labor regulations, and upcoming pay transparency requirements. .

 

What you will do in a typical day 

  • Talent Acquisition & DevelopmentDefine and lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy, ensuring quality, efficiency, and employer branding impact.Design and deploy talent management and learning programs (enhanced onboarding, global junior programs, leadership and DE&I initiatives).Drive internal mobility, succession planning, and capability building in collaboration with HRBPs and business leaders.Manage and optimize recruitment and learning vendors, ensuring cost efficiency and quality delivery.

  • HR Generalist & Labor FrameworkAct as a senior HR reference on labor matters related to talent and development (collective agreements, employment conditions, Social Security basics, payroll interfaces, working time).Participate in union and employee representative negotiations related to training, equality plans, employability, and workforce development.Ensure compliance with local labor legislation, internal policies, and health & safety requirements impacting people programs.

  • People Analytics, Compensation & BenefitsDevelop and monitor talent and people KPIs (time to hire, quality of hire, internal mobility, learning impact, engagement).Contribute to people analytics initiatives, providing insights to support strategic workforce and talent decisions.Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits teams on job architecture, benchmarking, and pay analysis.Support the implementation of pay transparency and equal pay regulations, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with talent processes.

  • Strategy, Governance & Stakeholder ManagementContribute to the definition of the annual HR Strategy and the long-term people roadmap.Act as brand ambassador in external talent events, forums, and employer branding activities.Collaborate closely with HRBPs, Corporate HR Europe, OPEX, and the Recruitment Center of Excellence to ensure alignment and best practice sharing.Support change and transformation projects with a strong people and capability focus.

 

Reporting line & collaboration

  • Direct report to the Southern Europe HR Director.

  • Strong collaboration with HR Business Partners, Corporate European HR, and cross-functional stakeholders.

 

What you will need to success:

  • Experience & educationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar.6–8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR CoE, or senior HR generalist roles within international environments.Proven experience combining talent strategy with labor-related and data-driven HR responsibilities.

  • Technical knowledgeSolid understanding of labor relations, collective agreements, employment frameworks, and basic payroll and Social Security concepts.

  • Experience working with unions or employee representatives on people-related topics (training, equality, employability).Knowledge of people analytics and HR metrics; experience with compensation data and pay analysis is a strong plus.Familiarity with upcoming pay transparency and equal pay regulations.

  • LanguagesFluent English is mandatory.Spanish and/or French are a strong plus.
