As the Analyst, Planning, you’ll be responsible for Capacity uploads/maintenance in CLM, and capacity report creation and distribution, as well as basic engineering/data functions such as mapping, and zip/zone maintenance. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Upload revised zones and capacities to the Last Mile Capacity module in the CLM system
  • Client capacity-related report creation and distribution, including some forecast research and reporting
  • Create basic maps in Mapinfo for internal map updates, or client maps for solution presentations
  • Responsible for Capacity Zones, Day of Service, and Capacity maintenance, as requested by LMH Operations
  • LMH network-related zip and zone updates, based on feedback from clients & operations
  • Data cleanup including formatting and prepping data sets for Solutions Engineers to proceed with design/pricing work

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 1 year of Last Mile or Dedicated Engineering/Pricing experience

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Industrial Engineering preferred, other engineering or Logistics/Supply Chain
  • Proficient to Expert-level user of MS Excel and other MS Office programs such as Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prioritize regular workload, special tasks, and concurrent projects, allocating time and resources to ensure that work is completed accurately and efficiently within established time frame
