As the Analyst, Technology, you will offer expertise in analysis, problem-solving, process mapping and reengineering to ensure that best practices are being achieved in process, technology and organizational design. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to elicit detailed business requirements using a variety of techniques
  • Develop work plans, drive completion of deliverables and determine definitions of overall approaches and mobilization efforts for each initiative
  • Manage project team members
  • Provide subject matter expertise to support business requirement definition, process design, implementation of processes, organizational change and project timelines for impacted processes across all work teams
  • Evaluate business requirements, translate high-level information into functional requirements and validate that requirements are based on business needs rather than user preferences; reconcile conflicts/issues as needed
  • Document and maintain functional requirements

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 1 year of related experience

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Experience defining application problems by conferring with customers and operation team members; establishing procedures and processes.
  • Developing solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
