What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Manage the end to end error resolution process for work stream and ensure that there is adequate staffing to meet the current and projected workload.
  • Communicate effectively and concisely with merchants, colleagues and customers to resolve escalation and dispute cases.
  • Setting of reasonable and achievable team goals and KPIs, establishing consistent operational process additions or changes.
  • Provide management reporting highlighting team performance and identification of process gaps.

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 5 years relevant work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and PowerPoint), and other business-related applications.

It’d be great if you also have:

  • 6+ years’ experience in the transportation and logistics industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to exercise appropriate judgment, especially with upward communication regarding department or employee concerns
