What you need to succeed as a Associate Analyst, Sales Support at XPO 

Minimum qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Visio
  • Experience with BI/Analytis Tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)

 

Preferred qualifications:

 

  • 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics
  • Experience in transportation
  • Solid project and time management skills, including multitasking, organizing, and managing customer expectations
  • Experience with SQL
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented work style, with a proactive and professional attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Prepare, Analyze and distribute recurring product performance reporting
  • Perform Data Validation & Testing in partnership with Sales, BI, Finance, Technology & Project team.
  • Review and Analyze trend data to identify product and process improvement opportunities
  • Complete market analysis to identify new products/solutions
  • Relay market needs and requirements back to internal XPO teams, including Product, Marketing, Field Operations and Sales Operations
  • Partner with technology teams to prioritize enhancements when appropriate
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis for identified product defects and identify potential solutions
  • Provide customer service and procedural guidance to internal business partners
  • Maintain product trackers and project plans
  • Prepare sales and leadership presentations as needed
