As the Specialist, Customer Solutions, you will respond to all issues related to our premium customers. On our team, you’ll have the support to excel at work, and the resources to build a career you can be proud of.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Provide a single point of contact for premium customers
  • Utilize available resources to identify issues, offer solutions and provide information to customers regarding shipments, coding, collections, corrections and any other issues
  • Assist with the training of current and new customer solutions staff

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • 1 year of relevant work experience

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Experience working in cargo claims
  • 1 year of experience working in transportation operations or in a logistics environment
  • 2 years of experience investigating customer complaints/issues and resolving problems to the customer's satisfaction
  • Experience working as a member of an integrated team
  • Customer service knowledge with the ability to advocate for the customer
  • Knowledge and understanding of the basic requirements for freight movement
  • Ability to effectively cross-train other employees
