We are actively looking for an HRBP based in Porto, Portugal to support HR management for Galicia, Portugal, and Morocco, ensuring employee experience, talent development, and compliance with health, safety, and risk prevention standards in the assigned sites.

A typical day will include:

Acting as a strategic business partner for assigned sites.
-
Managing labor relations and negotiating with Works Councils.
-
Workforce planning and staffing needs analysis.
-
Talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee management.
-
Monitoring productivity, performance evaluations, and development plans.
-
Designing and implementing training and professional development programs.
-
Strengthening employee engagement and promoting corporate culture.
-
Managing time tracking and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and health & safety standards.

Supporting workplace safety and risk prevention initiatives.

Delivering training and guidance on health and safety to employees.
-
Advising management on change management and organizational development projects.
What you will need to succeed at XPO:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

At least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP in international environments.
-
English skills are valued.

Health & Safety (PRL) training is a plus.
