What you’ll need to succeed as an HRIT Analyst at XPO
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 1 year of experience as an HR Technical analyst within the UKG WFM, UKG Dimensions or Kronos WFC solutions
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with administration of timekeeping modules such as user roles development, schedule module, attendance module, Dataview management, CRT management and other timekeeping tools
- Thorough knowledge of internal company software applications applicable to position
- Understands and is familiar with the most widely known and emerging tools, technologies and social applications.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Serve as first line global, technical contact for HR system issues by investigating problems, identifying root cause and determine technical resolution
- Handle day-to-day technical challenges and communicate to leadership any risks or issues associated with the technical activities
- Manage system enhancements by performing system configurations, unit testing, coordination of QA and UAT activities and provide technical guidance to business stakeholders and end users
- Participate in technical projects which could include configuration of functionality, testing and defect resolution.
- Conduct mass data loads/deletions, configuration and maintenance of system templates and workflows,
- Identify technical ticket trends and opportunities for system simplification and/or end user training gaps
- Document and maintain system administrative process guides
- Involved in the review, testing and implementation of periodic system releases
- Maintain and expand HR technical knowledge in area(s) of responsibility
