GENERAL DESCRIPTION: XPO is seeking an O2C Business Analyst to serve as HighRadius Cloud Administrator, assist end users with daily inquiries, manage support tickets, and ensure optimal performance for HRC production modules. The role involves participation in testing for HighRadius, Oracle and other internal XPO systems
What you'll do in typical day :-
- Act as HighRadius Administrator overseeing all the products utilized by XPO for daily operations including Collections, Cash Applications and Credit Cloud.
- Responsible for ensuring all necessary data for HighRadius Cloud is current to ensure accuracy and optimize performance levels across all modules, including Collections, Cash Applications and Credit.
- Troubleshoot end-user issues related to HRC, Oracle, and other systems within ABC Company. Raise and monitor ticket statuses through resolution with HRC and internal service desks, ensuring SLAs are met. Participate in meetings with HRC to review and discuss open tickets.
- Should demonstrate proficiency in navigating multiple systems to research and resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to communicate system issues and outages promptly and efficiently to all HighRadius users.
- Serve as liaison with other functional teams to facilitate collaboration, resolve problems, address daily challenges, and maintain stability and availability of in-scope platforms.
- Collaborate with counterparts in Information Technology to define and implement solutions and troubleshoot production issues.
- Demonstrate the capability to adapt responses based on colleague queries and handle varying situations effectively.
- Serve as SME in HighRadius platform when needed for new projects or business onboarding.
- Perform User based testing in projects related to High Radius / Oracle changes within the finance processes.
- Monitor XPO’s license usage to ensure compliance with contractual limits while granting and maintaining user access to all three modules based on their roles.
- Coordinate training sessions for new colleagues, refresher courses, and updates on new enhancements.
- Performs other duties as assigned as per the process requirement.
Provide excellent customer service.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science or Management Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum Required Experience: (Internal Job Posting)
- Min 1 year hands on experience in High Radius in Collections/Cash apps/ Credit Module.
- Performance has been Satisfactory & above in last 12 months.
- Strong communication skills are essential as interaction with internal colleagues and external vendors is required.

- Written and Verbal Communication Skills are required.
- Desirable Education/Experience:
- Experience in operation support for Accounting and Global Financial Shared Service departments
- Worked in the IT/Finance area of a logistics and or supply chain organization.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills with ability to identify and resolve problems.
- Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to translate business needs into actionable application and operations requirements.
RPA Business Analysis concepts and knowledge.
Technical Competencies
- Basic Computer Skills –

- Strong Fluency user of Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic Understanding of existing Looker reports/HRC/Oracle reports.
- Quickly learns and achieves proficiency in new software applications as needed.
- Medium to advanced MS Excel Skills
- Other Technical / Computer Skills -
- Thorough knowledge of internal company software applications applicable to position/business unit
