The Lead Analyst, Compensation & Benefits will play a critical role in building and implementing our Total Rewards strategy across the organization, enhance the employee experience, and provide leadership on compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness within the industry.

Timing: 1 PM to 10 PM
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Lead the annual compensation budget process and projects such as design, implementation and ongoing administration of total rewards programs including job evaluations, and key salary recommendations.
- You will formulate and implement optimal best-in-class solutions to improve our total rewards offering by conducting competitive analysis and assessing current trends and best practices in our industry.
- Experience in end-to-end payroll process.
- Support initiatives on roll out and administration of policies, benefits and wellness initiatives.
- Analyze and interpret data related to compensation and benefits to provide insights to HR and business leaders.
- Develop and manage the company's employee engagement initiatives to improve employee retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to develop and manage the annual budget for compensation and benefits.
- Communicate with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues.
What you need to succeed at XPO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- MBA / Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits)
- Extensive knowledge of benefits, pension, compensation, and HRIS tools
- Advanced knowledge of Excel is a must.
- Strong rewards analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
It’d be great if you also have:
- Experience of working on SAP Success Factors will be a plus.
- Proven expertise in compensation methodology and framework design, and total rewards program management with a focus on fairness and equity.
- Flexible and creative, comfortable with ambiguity, organized and detail oriented in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is essential.
