What you will do on a typical day:

• Tenured FP&A professional, experienced in managing P/L
• Manages Financial Planning budgeting & Forecasting.
• Creates Variance analysis reports & Financial models.
• Leads Various Corporate/IT functions, manages real time financial performance.
• Escalate any financial risks & opportunities to leadership.
• Ability to communicate/articulate numbers to senior leadership.
• Presents detailed financial results to leadership.
• Collaborate with Corporate team, senior members in overarching support.
• Independent thinker, Hardworking, willing to take ownership of areas assigned.

• Create and monitor annual spend for all XPO IT (Department as applicable)
• Be comfortable interacting with various levels of management.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, develop and implement sound solutions.
• Perform analysis to assess present and future financial performance.
• Assist in designing, developing, and tracking key performance indicators to drive strategic business improvements.
• Research and compile data for annual and monthly budget projections.
• Collaborate with department managers to review financial performance and future forecasts.
• Track revenue and expenses, comparing actuals to forecasts and making necessary adjustments.
• Prepare management reports summarizing research, analyses, and evaluation of discrepancies.

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you will need:

• Ability to work flexible hours (3:00PM to 12:00 AM IST.)
• Bachelor's/master’s degree in finance/Accounting
• 5-10 years relevant FP&A experience in any Industry
• Experience in HFM, SmartView/Hyperion & EPBCS – Added advantage.
• High proficiency required in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, PPT, Word, etc.
• Excellent Written & oral communication, independent thinker, Hardworking, willing to take ownership of areas assigned.
