We’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager to lead the customer relationship on our exciting new partnership with Joseph Joseph, based at our Rugby site.
This is a pivotal role where you’ll act as the go-between for the customer, warehouse, and transport teams—ensuring seamless communication, service excellence, and continuous improvement across the board.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the day-to-day relationship with the customer, acting as their primary point of contact
- Collaborating closely with warehouse and transport specialists to ensure aligned service delivery.
- Leading weekly, monthly, and quarterly customer reviews with clear KPI reporting
- Monitoring and controlling costs to ensure the site meets or exceeds budget targets.
- Supporting regional sites involved in the customer’s supply chain.
- Handling customer and operational escalations with confidence and clarity
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities
- Championing a strong health & safety culture across the operation

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Strong customer relationship management experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to manage and report on KPIs.
- Confident in leading customer reviews and handling escalations
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Ability to balance priorities across different departments – ie. customer, warehouse, and transport teams.
